These mini-pots were created to help the propagation of plants. As some plants are easily propagated my cuttings, I created a small dish that holds the cutting above a pot which is filled with water. For this sugar bowl my inspiration came from japanese design for the simple lines and the light feel of the handle. This is a earthenware piece decorated with colored slip covered with transparent glazing and sgraffito details on the handle.
